and a bakery, Il Noce is peaceful as well as beautiful. Cotto floors, beamed
ceilings and rustic furniture create a suitably rustic ambience, but modern
fitted kitchen units and well-sprung mattresses ensure that your contemporary
creature comforts are not neglected .
The living/dining room at the first floor has an open kitchenette and a shady
pergola overlooking the private swimming pool ( 5 x 10 metres) which provides
a wonderful place to enjoy an
al fresco meal; also on this floor is
a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. On the ground floor
there are one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. There
is also a powder room on this floor.
No one lives above the villa, and private parking is available 5 yards from
the property. There is a restaurant/pizzeria 800 metres from the villa (may
be closed some weeks in August). A bank, drug store, food shops, supermarket
and post office are all to be found 1km from the property. Pets are not allowed.
