The villa is located 3km from the centre of San Donato in Collina on the western hills of the Chianti Mountains, with a magnificent view from the Prato Magno (Appenine mountain range) down to Arezzo in the south. Florence Airport is 40 minutes and Florence Santa Maria Novella rail station 30 minutes away from the villa. Florence is nine miles away, Bagno Ripoli five miles, San Donato a little more than a mile.
