Villa Antonella is an attractive villa,
recently fully restored, located just over 20 kilometres from Florence, in an
ideal position between two noted Chianti zones - Chianti Classico and Chianti
Colli Fiorentini.
The property is divided into two dwellings - one forms the vacation rental property,
the other is for the use of the owners and is occupied periodically. Both apartments
have completely independent entrances, as well as their own parking space and
private external areas.
The accommodation is equipped with all comforts, and has been decorated and
furnished with style and taste by Signora Antonella herself. Guests have use
of the fine swimming pool (14 by 7 metres, shared with owner when in residence),
as well as the well maintained gardens that circle the property, as well as
a solarium and barbecue area, close to the pool, and decked out with garden
furniture and a shady pergola.
In a completely independent and reserved area is a further property where the
couple who manage and maintain the property are resident. Please note that the
owner has asked that children under ten tears of age not stay at the villa.
