The villa is divided into 3 independent apartments that can also be rented
as one unit (15 guests). Two of the apartments consist of 2 double bedrooms,
living room with a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms (one of the with a whirlpool
bathtub). The third apartment has a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa
bed.
Between Montespertoli and Certaldo, and only 30 km south-west of Florence, this
typical old Tuscan country-house was completely restored and renovated in 2004.
The house is now divided into beautiful apartments located on the ground floor
(Apartment Mandorlino), on the first floor (Apartment Giaggio), and on the second
floor
(Apartment
Melo).
The
flats
are
conveniently
linked
by the outdoor staircase.
Apartment Melo is set over 100sqm, sleeping��4+2 people. There are two double bedrooms (one can be transformed into a twin); a living room with a double sofa bed; kitchen; two bathrooms, one with a hydromassage tub; satellite TV; safe and dishwasher. There is a large, panoramic terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Apartment Giaggio is set over 100sqm, sleeping��4+2 people. There are two double bedrooms (both can be transformed into twins); a living room with a double sofa bed; kitchen; two bathrooms, one with a hydromassage tub; satellite TV; safe and dishwasher.
Apartment Mandorlino is 40sqm large, sleeping 2+1 guests. The apartment lies on the ground floor and consists of a double bedroom with bathroom, a living room with a kitchen corner. The kitchen is equipped with 4 burners, fridge and freezer, oven, TV, private loggia.
