A superb apartment complex close to Cortona, La villa degli Etruschi is an ideal destination for those wishing to spend their holidays in a typical Tuscan country setting.
It lies at the foot of the hills, just five miles from Cortona, and close to Arezzo, Siena, Perugia and Assisi. Within easy reach are Lake Trasimeno and the ancient towns of Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino. Each of these places is an ideal destination for a day trip.
Set amongst the gentle rolling hills of Valdichiana, Tuscany, with a
direct view onto the town of Cortona the complex consists of four comfortable apartments. Each apartment is furnished with antique pieces and has a private garden space available, either covered or uncovered, right next to the courtyard. All spaces are furnished with tables and chairs and here guests may peacefully have their meals outdoors.
The pool (22 x 44ft) is open from May to the end of September, located in a commanding position overlooking the courtyard, and complete with showers and changing rooms; it's shared by all four apartments.
