special villa for 12 people in the heart of Chianti, with swimming pool, lovely
grounds,
rural views and easy access to Florence and Siena, then look no further!

and Baths - (sleeps 12+1+ wooden baby bed)
Twin bedroom (can be
made as a king) with door to garden; en suite bathroom with showered bath;
twin bedroom (can be made as a king) open to the garden and small patio;bathroom
with hanging shower over tub - 1/2 bath near the kitchen; twin bedroom which
can be made as a king with bathroom with tub and hanging shower; small twin
(can be made as a king) bedroom with hip shower/tub en suite;
twin bedroom (can be made as a king) with bath featuring a claw foot tub and
handheld shower.
The final bedroom has a pair of twin beds, day bed and a proper
wooden baby bed. There is no bath with this child-friendly bedroom but there
is a 1/2 bath in the hall near the room. A tub or shower would need to be shared.
Living Space
Sitting room with working fireplace, second sitting area in huge front hall,
kitchen with lots of storage space, table with 6 chairs, large dining room
with room for 14, laundry room.
