Sleeping up to 16, this magnificent villa in Chianti is the perfect place for family and friends to relax in perfect privacy.
The villa, located between Arezzo and Florence, has seven double bedrooms and
six bathrooms (five en-suite). Set amidst 32 acres of its own botanical garden,
with olive trees, oaks and meadows, the villa has its own theatre and swimming
pool. Past clients include famous artists, actors, singers ... even astronauts.
The villa was built more than 300 years ago and, in 1997, was fully
restructured by hand, using traditional methods and organic principles. Lovingly restored by the owners, using only natural materials, the original character of the house has been carefully preserved. The house now has two fully equipped kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a barbecue and a private swimming pool (12x6 metres).
Extensive natural gardens stretch out towards the mountains on the horizon, with inviting pathways which meander through meadows of wild flowers. The open-air private amphitheatre was designed and built in 2002 by the owner. Nestling in the heart of the woods and set against the natural backdrop of spectacular oaks and junipers, the amphitheatre hosts professional performances during the warmer months of the year.
