A spacious and airy villa in the centre of a little bay in Catania, Sicily
Villa Baciasole is a large, modern, 1950s architect-designed house in the centre of a stunning little bay in Catania, Sicily. It can also be divided into two holiday apartments.
To its left is the fishing pier at Acitrezza, (home of famous Italian novelist Giovanni Verga). On the right of the bay is the fishing pier at Acicastello, with its beautiful Norman Castle overhanging the black volcanic rocks and the blue waters of the ocean.
With six bedrooms and four bathrooms, the villa is just 20 metres from the seashore and is reached via a peaceful pedestrianised lane.
The villa has a number of spacious, panoramic terraces looking onto the sea, as well as a small garden. The windows of the house are double glazed, keeping the noise from outside the property to a minimum. There is private parking for up to three cars for the entire villa or one car for each apartment.
Villa Baciasole covers 400sqm and is suitable for up to 12 people. It can also be divided into two separate and private apartments. The rooms are furnished in modern rattan and bamboo furnishing.
