Set among vineyards and fields of sunflowers just 800 metres away from the delightful
hilltop town of Pieve a Presciano, where guests can find a grocery, a butchers
and a bakery, Il Noce is peaceful as well as beautiful. Cotto floors, beamed
ceilings and rustic furniture create a suitably rustic ambience, but modern
fitted kitchen units and well-sprung mattresses ensure that your contemporary
creature comforts are not neglected .
The living/dining room at the first floor has an open kitchenette and a shady
pergola overlooking the private swimming pool ( 5 x 10 metres) which provides
a wonderful place to enjoy an al fresco meal; also on this floor is
a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. On the ground floor
there are one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. There
is also a powder room on this floor.
